An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with strong leadership skills who is looking to take the next step in their career and take on the role of Practice Manager. Working collaboratively with the team and combining effective management of the day to day running of the business will be a main part of the role, along with business development and enhancement of current client services.

Key Details:

  • Practice manager position
  • Full time
  • Open Hours: 8:30am til 6:30pm (Mon – Fri) & 9:00am til 12:30pm (Sat)
  • OOH: None required
  • Sole charge of the practice will be required
  • Team of 4 Vets, 4 Nurses, 2 Student nurses & support staff

About Them:

This practice opened in 2006 by a veterinary couple and have ensure the purpose-built surgery has ran to its full potential. They solely focus on companion animals which enables them to keep right up to date with the latest advances in medical and surgical techniques. Shortly after opening they became an approved member of the RCVS practice standards scheme, which assure the quality of the facilities and services provided.

The Person:

We are looking for an individual with some experience within the veterinary sector, however this is not essential. However, it is essential that you have strong communication skills and a focus on delivering the highest levels of customer service. If you are ambitious, energetic, hardworking and approachable person with some management experience this would be the perfect role for you.
