Our client's small animal practice in Hartlepool is currently looking to recruit for a full time Veterinary Surgeon to join their busy small animal team. They have a varied and busy caseload so the ideal candidate will be someone who is experienced.

They pride themselves on their excellent client care and pet welfare standards, so it is essential that you will need to have the same values and high standards as the current team and be able to carry out consults in addition to the routine booster consults.

Key Details:
  • Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-19:00pm
  • Weekends: 1:3 - Saturday 09:00am-12:00pm
  • Sole Charge: Some
  • OOH: No
  • Branch Work: No
  • Computer System: RX Works

The Person:

This position is advertised as full time with Saturdays mornings on a 1 in 3 rota.  There will be some sole charge for an experienced candidate. This is a key role within a small team so the ideal candidate will be adaptable and flexible. There is no OOH requirement. We are open to applications from graduates.

The Package:

  • £30,000-£45,000 DOE

Must have:

  • RCVS registered and qualified
  • Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
  • 1+ years’ post-graduate experience in the United Kingdom
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
