We are recruiting for a Registered Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established and growing small animal practice in Sidcup, South East London. Our client is looking to appoint a newly qualified or more experienced Vet on a permanent full-time contract to manage a wide variety of SA cases alongside a knowledgeable and highly-skilled team.
- Permanent full-time contract
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-20:00pm
- Weekends: 1:2 – Saturday 9:00am-17:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-13:00pm
- Sole Charge: Yes – occasional
- OOH: No
- Computer System: RX Works
This busy SA practice provides dedicated care and services in a state of the art surgery in Sidcup in South East London. The facilities are purpose-built to industry leading standards and include digital X-ray and ultrasound. It is staffed by an experienced and supportive team of 3 Vets, 1 RVN’s, 3 VCA’s and 3 Receptionists. Their interests include internal medicine, surgery and exotics whilst providing a broad range of SA care and treatment, including soft tissue surgery, echography and laparoscopic/endoscopic procedures and echography.
The practice is situated in a great location with great access to Kent and South East London by road and public transport.
We are looking for a dedicated Vet who is newly qualified or more experienced to manage routine surgical and medical SA cases alongside a professional and highly skilled veterinary team. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
This role is available on a permanent full-time contract. There is no OOH involved, but you must be comfortable taking occasional sole charge responsibility and be flexible to contribute towards a 1:2 weekend rota to ensure that the whole team maintains a great work/life balance.
