We are recruiting for 2 experienced Registered Veterinary Surgeons to join our client’s purpose-built small animal practice based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire on a permanent full or part-time basis.

About the Practice:
This small animal practice is based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. It focuses on delivering professional and high-quality treatment and care in a state of the art air-conditioned surgery.
The facilities are purpose built to industry leading standards and includes extensive orthopaedic equipment, digital radiology, endo-surgery, endoscopy and ultrasound. The practice is staffed by an experienced, friendly and supportive team of 3 Registered Veterinary Surgeons, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 4 Client Care Advisors who manage varied medical and surgical cases.
The practice is located near Wakefield with easy access to major motorways including the M1 and M62. There is also free parking available on-site.
We are looking for 2 Registered Veterinary Surgeons who have good all-round surgical and medical experience. The ideal candidates will be confident communicators with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their animals. There is no OOH involved within this role, but the successful candidates must be confident working sole charge and must be willing to contribute to a 1:2 weekend rota on a Saturday only.
The practice offers a generous CPD allowance and they fully encourage and support staff to undertake development opportunities, including long-term courses.
There is also the possible opportunity to progress further with this practice to Lead Vet and partnership for the right candidate.
This role is available on a full or part-time basis for the right candidates.
