A small animal practice in Hull are recruiting a permanent registered veterinary nurse to join their team. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week and a 1:4 weekend rota. This is an excellent opportunity for either newly graduated or experienced nurses. The practice consists of a team of 3 vets, 2 RVNs and 2 SVNs. They have a busy mix of cases within the practice so the RVN will see a wide variety of cases each day. The practice is purpose built with state-of-the-art facilities and onsite parking. They are looking for an enthusiastic RVN who has a genuine passion for animal welfare.

  • Type: Small Animal
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 7pm 40 Hours per week  
  • Weekends: 1:4 Saturday 9am – 6pm Sunday 10.30am – 4.30pm
  • OOH: None
  • Sole Charge: None
  • Computer System: RX Works
  • Consultations: 10 Minutes
  • Team: 3 Vet, 2 RVN, 2 SVA and support team

  • You will have excellent all-round nursing skills.
  • You will be confident to run nurse clinics
  • You will have previous experience in a management or training role

  • You will have a genuine passion for animal welfare including preventative healthcare
