Our client is looking to recruit a friendly and hard-working part time veterinary nurse to join their practice in Wakefield.

 

Key Details:

  • Part Time: 20 hours a week average
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 7.00pm – Varied shifts
  • Weekends: 1:3 Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm Sunday 10.30am-3.30pm
  • Branch Work: None
  • OOH: None
  • Computer System: RX Works
  • Team: 3 vets, 2 nurses, 2 SVN’s, 1 VCA and support staff

The Practice:

This is a small animal practice that has up to date facilities, which include digital x-ray, ultrasound, in house lab and a full equipped operating theatre as well as isolation wards.

 

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have good all-round veterinary skills, be confident in diagnostic imaging, have high standards to work up cases and have a good understanding of internal medicines.

Must have:

  • RCVS registered and qualified
