Our client in Birmingham is looking to recruit a Head Veterinary Nurse who is looking for their next career challenge. They are looking for an experienced RVN who is a passionate team player to join their small group of practices.

 

Key Details:

  • Full time 38 hours per week
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 7.00pm
  • Weekends: 1.5 in 6 Saturdays 8.30am – 5.00pm Sunday 9.00am – 12.00pm
  • Branch Work: Some may be involved to cover sickness and holidays
  • Sole Charge: None
  • OOH: None
  • Computer System: Teleos
  • Team: 5 vets, 4 nurses and support staff

The Practice:

This is a small animal practice that has up to date facilities, which include digital x-ray, ultrasound, in house lab and a full equipped operating theatre as well as isolation wards.

 

The Person:

You will have very good general veterinary nursing experience, great customer service skills, be friendly, down-to-earth and have a genuine interest in animal welfare.

Must have:

  • RCVS registered and qualified
  • Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
