A small animal practice in Stourbridge are recruiting a permanent veterinary surgeon on a full-time basis. The practice is recruiting due to practice expansion. This transport boasts excellent transport links close to all major motorways. This role is 40 hours per week however the days worked, and hours can be flexible. It is a 1:3 Saturday rota from 8.30am – 4pm. No OOH. This role would ideally be suited to a candidate who is 2-3 years qualified with experience as there is an element of sole charge work involved. Th practice comprises of a friendly motivated team and sees a mixed case load.

About You:

  • You must have a strong work ethic and provide an excellent high standard of clinical service
  • You will be confident in all areas of general surgical and medical skills
  • You must have experience in emergency surgery and care.
  • You must be confident in sole charge surgery as there is some occasional work.
  • You will be confident in maintaining high standards of clinical care
  • You must be a highly motivated individual
  • You will be passionate about expanding your personal development and clinical skill set
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with both clients and staff.
