We are looking for a confident permanent Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly independent practice in Southampton

Key Details:

  • Hours: Full Time
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm (1 hour for lunch)
  • Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings  
  • Sole charge: No
  • OOH: 1 in 4 on call
  • Team: 6 Vets, 3 RVN’s , 1 SVN + Reception team
  • Computer System: Voyager  

About them:

Fully independent practice who are highly respected in the area for offering the highest level of care possible.

State of the art facilities including their own laboratory, surgical theatre, dental suite, ultrasound machines, endoscopy, ECG, and digital radiography equipment. They also have separate dog and cat wards, along with a dedicated isolation room.

Person:

They are ideally looking for an experienced Veterinary Nurse who is registered on the RCVS.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills as well as being able to communicate clearly with all clients.

Must haves:

  • RCVS registered and qualified
  • Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 1 Years qualified experience
