An experienced veterinary surgeon is required to join our friendly and professional 1 vet 2 nurse practice based in Worksop. This is a growing surgery as well as a training practice for nurses, the ideal candidate will want to help work with the team to continue the growth of the surgery. The role will include consultations as well as theatre work.

All the usual equipment is available in the surgery including digital x ray, ultrasound and in-house laboratory.

Key Details:

  • Monday – Friday:  8.30am to 6.30pm. Mon – Fri
  • W/E: 1:2   Saturdays: 8.30am to 12 noon
  • OOH: None
  • Ideal candidate would be a Vet with ambitious career aspirations looking to work in a thriving, solid, friendly environment day to day
  • Supported practice with a “can do” attitude

Facilities / Services:

  • Five consult rooms
  • Two operating theatres
  • Two kennel wards
  • Radiography
  • Internal Laboratory

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • RCVS registered and qualified
  • Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year’s post grad experience
  • Excellent communication skills
