Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced full time SA Veterinary Surgeon for their long-established veterinary practice based in Northamptonshire.

The candidate we are seeking has confidence and experience working with a varied case load, have strong knowledge and experience in general surgery and medicine, be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and confidence working within a team effectively. Our client would be keen to meet with an experienced veterinary surgeon who has an interest in Cardiology, so working towards or already gained a certificate in this chosen speciality would be an advantage but not essential.

Key Details:

  • Full Time: 4-day week
  • Monday – Friday:  9:00am – 7.00pm
  • Weekend Rota: 1:4 ( 1 full or 1 half w/e in 4)
  • Sole Charge: No
  • OOH: 1:8
  • Supported by a helpful and experienced team

Facilities / Services:

  • Operating Theatre
  • X-ray Room
  • In-house laboratory

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • RCVS registered and qualified
  • Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Minimum 2 years' post-grad UK experience
  • Must have certificate in Cardiology or be willing to work towards
  • Excellent communication skills
