Our client is looking for a full time experienced veterinary surgeon to join their practice based in Maldon, Kent. They are looking for an experienced and highly motivated registered veterinary surgeon to join their successful team within a purpose built, state of the art practice on a full time basis.
 
Key Details:
  • Hours: Monday-Friday: 9.00am–7.00pm. 4 full days and 1 day off per week.
  • Weekends: 1:3 weekend rota – Saturday 9.00am–6.00pm and Sunday 10.00am–4.00pm
  • Computer System: RX Works
  • Sole charge: Yes
  • OOH: None - Provided by Vetsnow
  • Free parking and access excellent transport links
About Them:
You will be joining a lovely onsite team made up of 1 vet, 3 RVNs, 1 practice manager, 1 student nurse, 1 veterinary care assistant and 3 receptionists. We also work very closely with their sister practice based in Braintree. They hold a variety of interests within the team including soft tissue surgery, small furries and feline and canine medicine. We welcome vets who have their own area of interest and they provide lots of CPD and support. 
 
Person:
The ideal candidate will be confident with all routine surgical and medical cases and as you will be working alongside a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and wisdom! There will be an element of sole charge therefore this role would suit a vet with a minimum of 1 years’ experience.
 
Facilities:
The practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment such as digital X-ray, a brand new ultrasound and in house lab facilities.
 
Package:
  • Salary - £30,000.00 -£45,000.00 DOE or Pro Rata if part time

Must haves:
  • RCVS registered and qualified
  • Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.
