We are currently searching high and low for a full time or part time veterinary surgeon who is looking for a new role in Grantham.

The successful candidate will be joining a team of a further two full time vet equivalents, a third weekend vet, four RVNS and 3 student nurses plus an additional kennel maid. (Plus, four lovely receptionists!)

The surgery is now 3 years old and growing rapidly with a client base of over 10,000 patients.

The practice holds RCVS GP status and has received ‘Outstanding’ rating in client care, ‘Good’ in in-patient care in the PSS awards.  It is also at the forefront of colleague wellness and received a ‘Highly Commended’ in the Veterinary Wellbeing awards this year.

They have an extremely exciting and diverse work load, maintaining the majority of surgery is performed in-house. Toys include digital radiology, ultrasound, blood pressure, ECG, infusion pumps, oxygen tent, pulse-ox, orthopaedic and soft tissue surgical equipment.

They pride themselves on having established an outstanding reputation for clinical excellence for their patients in Grantham and are looking for a like-minded clinician to join the vibrant and enthusiastic team.

We're looking for vets with good medical and surgical experience who will be able to do occasional sole charge. Full time hours would be 40 hours spread over 4 or 5 days according to your preference and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30am until 3.00pm. There is no out of hours’ duty. Part time hours are negotiable (ideally a minimum of 20 hours).

Package:

£30,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE (pro-rata if part time)

RCVS registered and qualified
