We are working with a practice close to Clacton-on-Sea who are recruiting for a new clinical director. Due to retirement, they need an experienced person who has ideally worked in a similar role before or who is ready to make the step up.

Key Details:

  • Full time 
  • Hours Mon-Fri: Practice open from 9:00am til 7:00pm
  • Weekends: Practice open Saturdays 9:00am til 5:00pm
  • Branch Work: 2 Small lively branches
  • Sole Charge: You will be need to be a very confident vet
  • OOH: Covered by Vets Now
  • Team: 6 Skilled vets along with a large group of competent nurses

The Practice:

This practice has 2 branch surgeries with modern facilities including consulting rooms, surgical facilities, dentistry, radiography and ultrasound. They also have hospital wards for dogs with separate isolation rooms as well as all in patients being monitored by a designated nurse. They have been established for over 50 years and have an excellent reputation within the local area.

The Person:

They are looking for an experience veterinary surgeon who ideally has experience working at a similar level, however they are open to applications from skilled vets looking for a step up. You will need to be able to provide excellent standards of customer service, knowledge of the industry, client care as well as being able to build lasting relationships with all clients.

The Package:

  • Salary is to be negotiated

Must have:

  • RCVS registered and qualified
  • Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
